Sir Walter Buffalo features superior colour retention and fungus resistance compared to other varieties that are commercially available as well as being less invasive into gardens than Kikuyu and Couch and up to 50% less mowing in summer than Kikuyu. Mow at 40-50 mm in height for best results and fertilise once in September, December and March with a slow-release fertilier
