Newtons Building Online Store Shipping Policy.

At Newtons Building & Landscape Supplies, our ethos is simple: Total Customer Commitment. We pride ourselves on delivering quick, reliable, and high-quality service to all our customers.

 

Delivery Services – Adelaide Metro

 

We operate our own fleet of over 30 trucks and 5 utes, providing efficient delivery throughout the Adelaide metropolitan area.

  • Standard Delivery Timeframe: Most orders will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Need your order urgently? Call us on (08) 8415 7777 before placing your order to check availability. Additional fees apply.

Saturday:

Same-day delivery orders must be placed no later than 1:00 PM.

Orders received after this time will be scheduled for the next day.

Sunday & Public Holidays:

Same-day delivery orders must be placed no later than 12:00 PM.

Orders received after this time will be scheduled for the next day.


Order Dispatch & Tracking

  • Orders are dispatched within 3 to 7 business days.
  • If your item is out of stock, we will contact you promptly with an updated delivery timeline.
  • For interstate and regional deliveries, shipping costs are calculated automatically via our courier integration at checkout.
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched. Courier Company will attempt delivery to a safe area, or leave a card for collection from your local courier collection if needed.

  • You’ll receive a phone call when your order is ready for pickup.

Clearance items are available only while stocks last , in the event we’re unable to fulfil your order, our team will contact you to offer a suitable alternative wherever possible.
