Trade Member Accounts are available for customers who hold an ABN* for a professional trade (ie. Carpenters, Plumbers, Electricians, Landscapers, Painters, Residential Builders), require materials for Building Services, or are undertaking their own build or project as an Owner Builder (*conditions apply).
We also service a wide range of industries including manufacturing, education and government, so if you are unsure if you’re eligible feel free to discuss your options with one of our customer service team members.
We currently offer “pay as you go” VIP accounts or you can apply for a 30 day trade account. You can apply for either in-store or online.

Payment is to be made in Australian dollars by credit, debit or Newtons Gift Card. Accepted credit cards are Visa and MasterCard.
Refunds via card can only be refunded to the same card that was used for purchase.
You will be provided a tracking number on despatch for all online orders. If you have not been supplied a tracking number within 3 business days please contact our team on 8415 7777, please remember to have your order number.
For in-store & over the phone orders, your delivery time is usually arranged at the time of order. If you have not received your delivery or need to re-schedule please contact us on 8415 7777.
Please call our stores directly with your order number. If we can change or cancel your order prior to despatch, we will refund the applicable amount to your credit or debit card. Any changes to your order will be notified via email.
For orders that have been already despatched, return fees may apply.
