Newtons Building Refund Policy. At Newtons Building & Landscape supplies, we pride ourselves on selling the best quality products to industry standards. We only sell products that are covered by the manufactures warranty.
The majority of warranties are covered between 3 months & 2 years.
If you would like to check if your purchase is covered by warranty please contact us. If you do receive a product that is faulty please call 8415 7777 or email [email protected]
Our team will discuss your options & provide you with instructions
• -Please ensure you have a photo of the damaged product.
• -Please ensure you have your proof or purchase/ receipt
• -Please document the fault with the product you have received We will replace/provide a refund on the product if;
• If the unit is deemed faulty or damaged on delivery/ faulty within the use of the warranty period.
• The product is covered by the manufactures warranty If you are unhappy with the product you have received, you must contact us within 30 days of the purchase. You must cover the return shipping expenses in addition a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to your refund. The item must be deemed in Good & Working condition and must be returned in the original packaging.
• We will not offer a warranty replacement or refund if the product has been misused or damaged by incorrect use or installation.
• We will not offer a refund on goods that are a special order.
